Mold Transfers

Ames Industries provides a seamless transfer of existing injection molds into our manufacturing facilities, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal production disruption. Our in-house tooling team provides ongoing preventive maintenance, repairs, and technical support to maintain mold performance, reliability, and compliance with customer specifications.

Post-Molding Assembly

Ames Industries offers comprehensive value-added services beyond precision injection molding, including ultrasonic welding, component assembly, and secondary operations.
